Yes, absolutely. My studio is in Marion, MA, which is 20 to 30 minutes from most Rhode Island towns, and I regularly shoot on location throughout the Ocean State. I shoot in Providence, Newport, Warwick, Narragansett, Bristol, Barrington, South Kingstown, and everywhere in between. Travel fees may apply for longer distances, and I will always be upfront about that before you book.

Rhode Island has incredible options. Newport is hard to beat for dramatic scenery: the Cliff Walk, the harbor, the mansion grounds. Providence offers beautiful urban backdrops along College Hill and the riverfront. Narragansett Beach is stunning at golden hour. Bristol and Barrington have gorgeous coastal and nature settings. I will help you choose the location that fits your personality and style during our pre-shoot consultation

I send every client a detailed Style Guide before their session. In general, wear what makes you feel like your best self. Soft textures and solid colors photograph beautifully. Avoid busy patterns, logos and bright neon. Plan for 2 to 3 outfit changes for most sessions. If you need help, I am happy to do a virtual wardrobe review before your session date.

I recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance. Summer and fall are my busiest seasons for Rhode Island seniors, and popular weekend dates fill up quickly. Spring is a great time to book for fall senior sessions. The sooner you lock in your date, the more flexibility you will have for location and timing.

Q : What should I wear for my Rhode Island photo session?

10-14 business days after your session, you'll be invited back to your reveal and ordering appointment.  We will go over all your images together and decide how you'd like to enjoy them (album, prints, digitals).  

Q:   How soon will I receive my photos?

Your session starts at $800 and includes a 30-minute pre-shoot consultation where we talk through your goals, which apps you are using and what kind of energy you want to project. The session itself is about 1.5 hours with multiple outfit looks and a mix of settings. You receive professional editing and a private gallery of curated images. I coach you through every pose so nothing looks stiff or awkward.  12 high-resolution digital images are included with the option to add more.

Yes! A retainer holds your session date. Interest-free payment plans are available.  I am flexible, so reach out, and we’ll work out something that fits your budget. No one should miss out on great photos because of timing.

Branding sessions can last 3.5 hours.  Dating profile sessions are about 1.5 hours and include multiple outfit looks. Every session includes time to settle in and feel comfortable before we start shooting. There is no rushing.
